If your booking has not been issued a confirmation reference number then the booking has failed due to a network break in communication during the final booking process, we recommend that you make the booking online again.

Will I earn points as a Lodger Club member if I do a BID booking on www.bid2stay.co.za?

Answer:
No, the www.bid2stay.co.za website is not linked to the Lodger Club.

Question:
Will I earn points if I make a booking but have not signed in to My Account?

Answer:
No, all Lodger Club members must be signed in each time they make a booking to earn or redeem points.
