ABOUT THE CORPORATE CLUB

The Corporate Club is a rewards programme for companies on the move. This programme serves to reward corporate companies, travellers and the people designated to make corporate travel bookings (bookers), through earning and redemption of CLHG Rewards points.

  • Online redemption bookings - for bed and breakfast.

Register your company and ensure that your designated corporate travel booker is linked to your organisation. Your booker can then book, manage and pay for your traveller’s hotel bookings online at www.clhg.com.

CLHG Rewards points are earned and allocated to the company and/or registered travellers. Over and above this, City Lodge Hotel Group rewards linked travel bookers with 10% of the booking value, in points, allocated to their personal profile for every booking processed online in line with the terms and conditions of the programme.

For all bookings processed through the Corporate Club an email and a sms confirmation are generated and shared with the booker.

Corporate Club Payments:

  • Settle Direct by guests on arrival - provided that guests check-in by 4pm on day of arrival, failing which the City Lodge Hotel Group 4pm rooms release policy will be effected.
  • Credit Card at the time of booking or at anytime prior to 4pm on the day of arrival.
  • In order to facilitate consolidation of spend, all bookings are linked to the company.
  • Upon checkout, the travellers tax invoice will automatically be emailed to the designated email address.

How to become a member

  • Complete an online Corporate Club application on www.clhg.com – this is on the Rewards menu, under the Corporate Club on the ‘Apply Now’ tab.
  • You will receive your Company ID and detailed documentation via email within 48 hours.
  • Visit www.clhg.com login and register your company bookers and travellers.
  • Receive individual travel booker username/s and password/s via email and/or SMS.
  • Start booking.

How to earn The Corporate Club points

  • Login into your rewards profile on www.clhg.com.
  • Selecting your preferred hotel and dates in the booking panel.
  • Proceed though the online booking process and secure your hotel booking online.

Your points will reflect on your CLHG Rewards profile 48 hours after check-out. All bookings made for non-registered members by a Corporate Club member will only earn 50% of the points.

How to redeem The Corporate Club points

  • Login to your rewards profile on www.clhg.com.
  • Select your preferred hotel and dates in the booking panel.
  • Under ‘More Options’ click the box that states ‘I am making a Redemption booking’.
  • Proceed though the online booking process and secure your hotel booking online.
  • As soon as the booking has been confirmed, the points will be deducted from your CLHG Rewards points balance.

FAQs

Complete the Corporate Club online application form on www.clhg.com.
Click on the ‘LOGIN’ button, and then on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the screen, populate your Username and Registered Email and click on ‘SUBMIT’. A reset password email will then be sent to the registered email address.
City Lodge does not allow partial redemption bookings.
City Lodge Hotel Group does not allow editing of redemption reservations. You are, however, able to cancel your booking online and make a new booking using your points, provided that booking has not passed the check-in date.

No, the Corporate Club is for online members only.
When you select ‘Traveller to Earn the Points’, each registered traveller will earn their own points and the booker that processed the bookings will earn 10% of the total points. For bookings related to unregistered travellers, the booker will earn 50% of these points. Redemption bookings will then be made from each registered traveller profile.

When you select ‘Corporate to Earn the Points’, all points that registered and unregistered travellers earn will accumulate in the corporate profile and the booker will earn 10% of the points. Redemption bookings then will be made under the corporate profile.

Terms and Conditions

  • No CLHG Rewards points will be earned when participating in the Clicks ClubCard or Bodyshop Promotions.
  • No CLHG Rewards points will be earned on redemption bookings.
  • CLHG Rewards points will only be earned if you login to your profile each time you make a booking.
  • In order to accumulate points, reservations must be made online at www.clhg.com whilst logged in to your Corporate Club profile. No email, telephone, fax or any other means will be accepted. Reservations not made online do not qualify for points.
  • CLHG Rewards points can only be earned and may only be redeemed within the Republic of South Africa.
  • Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Weekday nights are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • No points will be earned if you cancel the Corporate Club booking prior to staying at the hotel.
  • CLHG Rewards points are not redeemable for cash.
