Why’s it called a Caesar Salad? ‘Cause Caesar ruled the romaines. But in all seriousness, did you know that the Caesar Salad was actually invented in Tijuana, Mexico in 1924 by Caesar Cardini and not Roman General, Julius Caesar? 

We think that there could be a better name for this much-loved salad dish and that’s why we gave our followers on social media the chance to rename some of our favourite dishes on our #EatIn menu available at selected Road Lodges and Town Lodges.
