Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, big room and close to the shops & restaurants. It is also close to the beach. The gym doesn't have a lot of equipment, but at least nobody else was there when I went.
A nice neat spacious hotel room with good free fast wifi. Great breakfast selection. The hotel is in walking distance of numerous restaurants in the Gateway shopping centre. The staff are very attentive. A really nice hotel to spend a couple of day while on business.
Very good accommodation and exceptional service from Nobi at reception. Really good value for money! Not only perfect for business travel, but also good for families. Ideal location for sharing in Umhlanga Ridge buzz and lots of shopping and dining options nearby.
Exceptional product. Well done team! Room was spotless, service quick, food was tasty and well done. The whole experience was top class. I needed an iron and it arrived in five minutes. And loved the innovative shampoo and soap bar combined into one.
City Lodge Hotel Umhlanga has everything you need. It's clean and comfortable, exceeded my expectations and is in a great location right opposite Gateway Mall. There are many nice restaurants on the doorstep and you can take a nice walk in the area.
