We stayed there for a week, the room was serviced daily i.e bedding and towel but was not cleaned for 2 days, and had a challenge with the toilet report it and the person who was supported to fixed never come.
I was visiting Richards bay for a couple of days and i had arrived early in the morning. The ladies behind the desk were very helpful. I made my way up to my room and fell asleep very quickly on the bed. If visiting again, i would definitely stay there again.
The Road Lodge were so incredibly accommodating for a tired walk in guest that was back and forth between the hotel and the Bay hospital just down the road. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower amazing and the breakfast was a perfect selection and delicious.
